Refund policy

RETURNS

Products purchased from the online store can be returned within 14 days from the original purchase date of the product.

A return shipping fee is EUR 4,00,  and it will be deducted from the total refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging with all their tags on.

To complete your return, please go to My Account, find your order and submit a return request through the designated process.

There are certain situations where a request for return could be rejected, or only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the original purchase date
  • Hygienic stickers and tags are removed from underwear or swimwear.
  • Gift Certificates cannot be returned.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If a Gift Certificate is used and the product is returned, the funds will be placed back on the original card.

  

SHIPPING

You have several options for shipping your returned items:

Items purchased with an Omniva shipping

  • To return an item, place the goods in the original packaging in the Omniva parcel terminal and enter the return code that you received in SMS.
  • Please do not use the “Parcel Locker–to–Parcel Locker” option when returning an item, as unfortunately we will not be able to receive such shipments.

Items purchased with DHL and DPD shipping

  • Return of goods at the expense of the customer
  • Please send the returns to the following address:
